Our Rental Policy Overview
Age and Driving License Requirements
The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
The driving license must be issued by a competent authority and correspond to the category of the vehicle being rented.
Required Documents
When picking up the vehicle, the client is obliged to provide the following documents:
ID card or passport
Driving license
For corporate clients, authorization and the company stamp are also required.
Deposit (Security Hold)
A refundable deposit is charged upon vehicle collection, and the amount depends on the category of the car.
The deposit is fully refunded after the rental period ends, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition, without damage or delays.
Rental Duration and Vehicle Pickup
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
The vehicle is collected and returned at the agreed time and location.
If the vehicle is kept beyond the contracted return time, an additional rental day will be charged.
Fuel and Mileage
The vehicle is picked up and returned with a full tank of fuel.
If the tank is not full upon return, the difference will be charged.
Mileage may be limited according to the agreement specified in the rental contract.
Client Responsibility
The client agrees to use the vehicle carefully, responsibly, and in accordance with traffic regulations.
It is forbidden to allow third parties to use the vehicle without prior approval from Rent-a-Car SAF.
Any fines, violations, or damages resulting from improper vehicle use are the renter’s responsibility.
Reservation Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without additional charges.
If cancellation is made later, Rent-a-Car SAF reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.
